Payment

Policies

Thank you for choosing our services. Please note that your insurance will be billed for the services provided. If a co-pay is required or if you do not have insurance, payment is expected at the time of service.

 

We gladly accept various private dental PPO plans; for more information, feel free to call our office or email us at office@drmarciagross.com.

 

Please be aware that we do not accept DHMO, DMO, HMO, Medicaid, or Medicare plans, and we are fully HIPAA compliant.

Cancellation

Policies

To avoid a $150 fee, please provide at least 2 business days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients in need of care.

Records

If you'd like your previous dentist to send us your X-rays or other dental records before your visit, they can email them directly to office@drmarciagrossman.com. This helps us prepare for your appointment and ensures continuity of care.
